Cooking Instructions
Thaw - Refrigerator: 18 hours per kg. Once thawed do not refreeze.
Conventional Oven - Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F). Place the breast side up on a rack in a roasting dish.
Place two cups of water in the dish. Cover with foil. Cook for approximately 40 minutes per kg.
