Cryovaced Vacuum Bags are designed to deliver the ultimate in protection while maintaining product integrity, extending fridge life of fresh meats.
Most whole cuts will be sold cyrovaced at MidWest Meats.
If you wish your whole cut portion cut you may wish to consider this packaging.
Product does not need to be frozen if received cryovaed. It should be treated as fresh until the cyrovac is broken.
Cryovac produce can be frozen, however that renders this process unnecessary and optional. It is a great process for camping or travelling with fresh meats as the cryovac is more durable than tray packaging.
We recommend using cryovac product within 4 weeks when stored in a home fridge as temperature is compromised each time the fridge door is opened.
We do not advise cryovacing products with bone, however we will do this and add a bone guard included in the charge.
We do not cryovac poultry, sausages, hamburgers or items from the Pet Pantry.
