Our Farm Direct Whole Lamb is butchered fresh to order, delivering premium, pasture-raised Australian lamb straight from the farm to your door.
We offer two options:

Spit Lamb – available for local delivery only (limited areas, not on courier runs).

Butchered Whole Lamb – delivered VIC wide & interstate via refrigerated courier.
This premium lamb is ideal for spit roasts, BBQs, bulk buying or filling the freezer with beautiful cuts prepared by your butcher.
Standard Butchering Includes:
❌ Offal is not included but can be purchased separately in the lamb section (subject to availability).
Packaging Options

Cryovacing: Extra cost. We recommend selecting 2 cryovac bags for the legs only.

We do not recommend cryovacing chops (they freeze well as is).

If cryovac bags are not selected but later required, the butcher will charge manually.

Premium Packaging: trays and labels where applicable.

Non-Premium Packaging: freezer bags, minimal labeling at butcher’s discretion.
