Handcrafted by Udder Delights in Lobethal in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, this luxurious Truffle Brie takes a classic creamy Brie to an entirely new level.

Black winter truffles are incorporated during the cheesemaking process, allowing their distinctive earthy flavour to infuse the soft, buttery cheese. The result is a rich and indulgent Brie that makes an impressive addition to cheeseboards, grazing platters and special-occasion entertaining.

Serve at room temperature with fresh baguette, crackers, fruit, nuts or a drizzle of honey. It is also delicious toasted on bread, melted into a gourmet toastie or stirred through mushroom risotto.
