Our Free Range Turkey Buffe is the breast portion only, with the dark meat removed, making it a more manageable and evenly cooked centrepiece for your Christmas table. Ideal for smaller gatherings or those who prefer tender white meat.

Cooking Instructions:

Thawing:

• Thaw in refrigerator for 18 hours per kg.

• Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Conventional Oven:

• Preheat oven to 180 °C (360 °F).

• Place the breast side up on a rack in a roasting dish.

• Pour two cups of water into the dish and cover with foil.

• Cook for approximately 40 minutes per kg.

• Rest before carving for best results.
