This fully-flavoured stock is made the traditional way with genuine Australian grass-fed, free-range cattle.

The Stock Merchant roasts the bones in small batches, then slowly simmers them with specially selected vegetables and herbs for at least 12 hours before reducing the liquid. The result is a rich, clean beef stock with incredible depth of flavour — the perfect foundation for stews, sauces, soups, gravies, and more.
